My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms remodeled. We had a handful of contractors over to our house to do a walk through and it was clear from pretty early on that Val with Katz Design & Builders was the right choice. He was great to work with and open to our ideas and always there to make suggestions along the way. One of the most important characteristics in a contractor is good communication. Val was stellar in his communication. We had a text thread via phone and emails and Val did an amazing job with updates and answering any questions I had along the way. We used this company to do some renovation on our home. Their work was fantastic, and we felt comfortable working with them throughout the monthlong renovation. The team was quick to correct anything we were unhappy with. We stayed in close contact and checked in with them every day. They completely understood what we were going for with the house, and they were great in helping guide us through the process.

Amazing work!! I am so thrilled with the work that the crew completed in our master bathroom. They totally gutted our bathroom and reconfigured the shower to provide a much needed update. Not only is the bathroom stunning, the quality of workmanship is impeccable, the team were such a pleasure to work with.
They are trustworthy, professional and friendly - I know those adjectives are not always associated to contractors but they exemplify those characteristics which make living in a construction zone so much more bearable. They went above and beyond and took care of anything that popped up - which was so impressive and appreciated! Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. )
