Kauer Construction dug q 40 ft x 60 ft hole for a shop in Island Park in 2017 for $2500 Dirt work cost. My builder hired them to do the same size shop in Ashton in 2024 there bill in 2024 was over $50,000 more material needed to be dug out, more pit run was needed to build up th interior floor , a small road was built was the only difference. No material needed to be hauled off the property. They charged me for 18 truck loads to be hauled out. I had 7 acres and spent sveral days spreading dirt out with my skid steer to get rid of dirt. The trucks came back empty even though they new pit run and road base was needed to bring the interior floor up to grade. Very disappointed in Kauer Cconstruction! We will see Kauer constrction in court!
