Boiler (***contractor only did boiler for $40 plus surtax instead of the $81 total it should have been. i sent an email to brian at kb to send a check to my attention to put it in as an added fee for the shortage. i had already entered the other 2 permits he sent with one check so i couldnt back out and void everything emailed brian for $40 to be sent 8-13-2021 lk)
