    Very impressed with this company. Husband and wife operation. Both are very customer oriented. Ken installed the new furnace. He has maintained it as necessary, almost annually..He also put in the programmable thermostat.
    Some venting ductwork had rusted, were leaking and needed to replacement. Ken did that. So he’s been out numerous times, and each time he is skilled, honest , friendly, clean, and efficient. He knowledgeably answers all questions. Whenever I call Knight, Jill answers the phone. I don’t get voicemail or an answering service. She makes scheduling easy and answers many questions, herself. She’s very pleasant. Jill also calls immediately prior to the appointment to let us know that Ken will be arriving. I much prefer this personable service to that of a larger organization. The pricing is good too.

    Install new high-efficiency furnace, and later on, a mini-split heat pump
    $15,000

    We we've hired Knight to install:
    1) a new high-efficiency furnace and
    2) later on, a high-end, heat pump, mini-split for us. It involved installing the main unit, and a head/control unit in each of two rooms.

    We were very pleased in every aspect of their work, including working with them. We highly recommend them!

    Ken installed an air conditioner for me back in July. I thought he was absolutey perfect. He's good with his pricing and I can't think of anything but positive when I have Ken do repairs. He charges kind of in the ball park maybe even lower than some and higher than others I suppose. He is an excellent service person.

    They have intsalled a good furnace and I have good luck with it.They put it in fast and very prompt putting it in. They got it all completed in one day and I am very satisfied with their quality of work. Whatever price we have on the contract we stuck with that price.

They did not recommend anything that was out of scope. They clearly defined what our needs could be and what our options would be based upon the size of our house and the things that we have. They are very clear, very concise, answered questions that we asked. They did not pressure us to make any decisions and really helped lead us to the best decision for our household.
