If you care about your property, quality of life, money, time, and future, dont work with this contractor. He will cause you a tsunami of problems because he does not do things right. Horrible workmanship, no integrity, terrible communication, doesnt pull permits, doesnt honor his "contractors warranty", doesnt clean up messes, wont come back to fix mistakes, wont cover your roof, patio, floor etc destroying things and blames others for damage. charges for things he did not do, price gouges, will charge you for custom woodwork, then install something from china off the shelf at home depot that falls apart within a couple of months made of partical board. Seriously bad situation, I hope to save others the headache and stress this person causes. He DOES NOT care about quality or safety, or your health.

KB White Construction is a total scam artist. My insurance funds were misused. I was told that certain items weren't paid for however the insurance rep told me they had been paid many months before. My mortgage company placed a password on my account because the contractor was calling in to do a change of address in order to have checks go directly to his office and bypass me. Kevin White even forged my name on a check and tried to cash it. The bank called me to verify so I had to go to the bank and sign in their presence. I told him to call me and never forge my name. He replied that he did not want to disturb me. I have had leaks in my air conditioning vents, which he attempted to correct, but failed. My balcony door leaked when it rained. He placed bathroom tile directly over plywood which caused cracks in the floor tile. He did not use a moisture barrier under the hardwood floors which caused the floors to buckle in a few spots. I now have new floors. The list does go on. Do not use this guy. He loves to cut corners and take advantage of homeowners who dont know if the work is being done right or not. Keep a close eye on your funds when using him. He will use funds and then ask you for an advance.

5 Star rating all the way!!!!
The craftsmanship and detail in their work is outstanding. Each time we called
requesting information or answers with our insurance claim, they were always available for any concerns we had at any time. Their service is outstanding, they go above and beyond the call of duty. They are not your typical contractor, they are honest and helpful.
I have recommended their services to other relatives, they were also very impressed by
their services.

Kb White, couldn't get any better than it did.
This company has helped my entire family with the different types of needs we need through out a tragedy like ours. They eliminated me having to deal with my insurance and had their team deal with it all. Kb White called me daily with updates and concerns. They went step by step so my family and I understood what we where really intilled to from our insurance carrier. They fought not only for all our belonging back, they settled my claim and got the max and left my home amazing . Couldn't be happier with this choice I made and I recommend this company to everyone ...The Johnson Family Santa Clarita

I would not recommend this company to build a toy dollhouse! Total scammers! They use substandard materials. They even reused old electrical switches that came from another job. I continue to have problems years later. Half of the electrical didn’t work. I had to hire an electrician to replace what he was paid to do. The drywall isn’t smooth and you can see where there should have been tape and mud but it wasn’t done properly l. Drywall nails are exposed all throughout my home. Walls were painted with no primer, tile flooring has no backer, hardwood/laminate flooring has no cushion, walls have no insulation. He should not even be allowed to hold a license in California or any other state. He isn’t even qualified to be called a handyman.
