Demolish a wall in the backyard of my house. Kevin seemed like a really nice person. I gave him a $500 deposit in May in order to start the project. At the beginning he kept telling me that he was talking to L&I in order to get the permit. But he never got the permit and is not responding my calls since May. I asked him to return the deposit, which he never did. So unfortunately, I am rating him for something that he never did and for taking $500 from me. I have contacted both Build Zoom and the Better Business Bureau, but neither of them has been able to get a hold of Kevin.
