My husband and I own an old Tudor colonial house which needed a 14x14 dining room hardwood floor refinished due to discoloration from old rugs and age. I sent an email request for a quote, and Paul, the owner, was able to stop over that same day to take a look and gave us a very reasonable price. We hired him the next day, and he was able to start the project the following week. The floor is just beautiful now and matches the color and sheen of the hallway and living room which we had done over 20 years ago. Paul is very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable in performing the transition and explained everything he was doing to help me understand the steps of the process. He kept to his schedule and was meticulous when it came to covering doorways and the built-in shelves with sheets of plastic as well as cleaning up the dust from sanding. I highly recommend his work and will definitely refer him to others looking for top quality, reasonably priced results.

It was time to refinish our hardwood floors in our entire downstairs level which includes our kitchen, dinning area, breakfast bar area, and hall ways. Paul Chudacz, owner operator, arrived at our house and measured and explained his process based on what we were looking for and offered a price and start time and we hired Paul, and we could not be happier with the end results. It's so refreshing to meet and work with someone that does exactly what they say and delivers excellent work within the time frame that was promised. Paul is very experienced and tremendously conscientious to every detail from the beginning of the job to the end.
