    We have been trying to get our pool finished for over 2 years now. Spencer has completely stopped taking our calls since he took all the money. The cement work is terrible and the tiles are cracking because there is no support! Very unprofessional and having to have a lot of work redone.

    Spencer told us that he was charging us a 10% percent fee to build our pool, then we found out that he also charges the contractors that he finds for us, a 20% fee from them. Work quality is also terrible
