  I would highly recommend KC Roofing located in Twinsburg, OH. I needed a new roof due to storm damage. I did some homework and went with KC Roofing. They did an excellent job and did everything they promised.

  Josh Cates was the representative I worked with, and he was absolutely amazing. Very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have never had to work with an insurance adjuster for anything on my home. Josh handled virtually everything for me. I had very little contact with the insurance company.

  To give me additional piece of mind, Josh was here during the insurance adjuster’s inspection to address any questions or concerns that may have arisen. Josh went into great detail about what was going to be done on my roof, completion timing, warranties (both mine and any future owners), cleanup procedures and after completion inspections. He spoke in layman’s terms without being condescending. One of the best things – Josh was always a phone call or text away to address any questions I had. He was extremely timely on responding to my calls or texts. In a world where good customer service is ever so scarce, this was very reassuring.

  KC’s crew was everything Josh had promised. They were on time, courteous, conscientious and the job was done in less than a day. The job was checked on during the day to make sure things were progressing as promised and to again see if I had any questions or concerns that should be addressed. They were very mindful of my landscaping and my neighbor’s driveway and yard. Cleanup was fantastic and my new roof looks great!

  Our experience with K and C Roofing LLC was exceptional. Josh Cates was our first contact with this company when he did a free inspection. He was conscientious and thorough. His report included pictures which helped to explain the problems he saw. Josh was honest in his appraisal of the situation and displayed concern for our needs and what he thought would be best for us. He was willing to take the time and we never felt we were being pressured to make our decision immediately. Knowing the expense of a new roof, Josh was able to explain options for payment including their financing program making sure to include our home owners insurance as there was evidence of storm damage. In fact, Josh willingly worked with our insurance company providing detailed information concerning the work needing to be completed. Josh remained our contact person throughout the process helping us select the color and grade of shingles, informing us of delivery dates of materials, and any changes in scheduling due to weather conditions.

  The work was completed in one day as promised. The crew displayed teamwork, efficiency, a knowledge of the work process, and a sense of responsibility and care for our property at all times. The final clean-up was performed well, leaving us to enjoy our home.
