Do not hire if you want a company that stands behind their work. We bought our home that was renovated by KC Roofing and Renovations. The previous owner gave us the itemized statement of what KCRR did and their work was incomplete, poorly done, and incorrectly done. When I called KCRR to talk about the water coming through my kitchen ceiling from the shower upstairs, that they installed, Chris told me that they only guarantee their work for 1 year. He said they would be happy to come out and give me a quote to fix it. Why would anyone pay a company to fix what they didn't do right the first time?? When I said that they had obviously done something incorrectly the first time he told me, "Frankly I don't care" and hung up. Chris is completely unprofessional and rude. They were paid to fix the paint and epoxy an old tub and now less than 2 years later all of the paint is chipping off. They were also paid to put in quarter round where it was missing throughout the house and never did it.
If you want a job actually completed and done right look somewhere else.
