HORRIBLE , THE DRIVEWAY THAT THEY POURED ME IN 2015 IS NOTHING BUT CRACKS FROM THE GARAGE TO THE STREET . I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 YEARS TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT AND ALL I GET IS THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED . ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN KNOWS THAT EVEN BAD CONCRETE WILL LAST A FEW YEARS BEFORE IT CRACKS. I HAD ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL COME OUT TO LOOK AT THE DRIVEWAY AND HE SAID THAT KCS USED TOO MUCH WATER IN THE CONCRETE . IN OTHER WORDS THEY KNEW THAT THEY WERE SCREWING ME. JUST A WARNING ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR CONCRETE WORK

I worked with KCS Construction, and they are in my opinion, one of the worse types of construction companies to deal with. They use the word "integrity" only as a catch phrase, but do not take that term with any seriousness. I know for a fact that they did not pay promptly, they have poor job management and a very limited knowledge base of construction and bidding procedures that are the norm in commercial construction. The employee that was their appointed Director of Construction was not able to negotiate or understand a simple set of bid documents, or even write a contract that made any sense to the actual scopes of work. I would not use this company to build a dog house, let along a commercial building.
