Well all was good when they sold me 2 AC units. Within the first summer Unit 1 leaked and needed recharging. Two years later unit 2 leaked and needed recharging. Once again unit 2 needs charging. I called. Kris did return my call stating he was busy and it would be 2 wks before he could come out. 4 weeks pass no contact. I called again left message ---2 weeks pass no contact. Very unprofessional behavior.
