KD Windows and Doors aka Window World of Riverside County. Contract of 5/30/2024. Amount the girl Charlotte Das is not refunding back $4000., note: doors are still out 3-4 weeks before mfg. product starts. Omar sold me on sliders with a 5" rim around the glass however, on 7/16/2024 I found out my product was not ordered and Charlotte now wants to steal my money instead of canceling before manufacturing. This business does not have "Customer Satisfaction" as part of the policy. Charlotte Das reached out to me to let me know she was stealing my money and that was it, this was her resolve. They also advertise the Energy Star label which also sold me and now they say they sell only Energy Efficient. Charlotte Das is desperate to steal money for the company and could stand to learn professionalism from Laura and Omar who are head and shoulders above her. Because of Charlotte Das this company does not deserve a single star. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHAM BUSINESS YOUR TIME. THEY ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE PROFESSION.
