The project is still in the beginning phase, and it’s been almost a month. Very little communication, and it’s been frustrating for the most part. Pre-project starting, there were tons of communication. The first week the project started great. The second tried calling, texting, emailing, and even stopping by their office and couldn’t get a response from the project manager. In the third week(this past week), I was finally able to reach the project manager, and they started up again for two days or so. I reached out to the project manager yesterday and no response. My project expected end date is 09/17/2020 and that in 5 days, which I know they will not be done anytime soon. I’ve talked to the city, and they have no permits on file, and I’m still clueless as to what’s going on. I’m considering hiring someone else at this point. I just want my project completed correctly.

The job was fine. It was finished relatively on time. What I thought was a 2-3 week project is turning into 6-8 weeks. Details should have been a little more explained and laid out. But we are enjoying our new deck.
They team is friendly and communicate well, but like with all construction, the promise of “we will start tomorrow” actually means 3 weeks from now.

In less than six months, the coating on my driveway is disintegrating and the concrete is cracking in many spots and disintegrating. There is a five year guarantee by the contractor. He agreed to do the repair but never shows up to do the work. I have made many attempts to reach out to him by phone and email. He does not respond. The work was less than a year old. I would not recommend this company as they don't stand by their work and their work.
