Yes I have worked with Keating Construction LLC in the past few years. I initially had a lot of confidence in Kim keatings work. Due to a referral, However what I recieved in my opinion was a toatal nightmare. Keating constuction installed engeneered wood flooring for me. In the end result I was not satisfied with their work. The floor was cupping and this was varified by an expert. To make a long story short. Every thing was supposed to managed by keating construcion ie making sure that the subfloor was level, inspecting for moisture issues prior to instalation, installing floor under the right conditions and using the right techniques. Unfortuately this was not the case. as indicated by the cupping floor. Keating construction LLC refused to admit that their was anything wrong. This in my opinion is such a terrible Co, That I was unable to obtain verbally or in writting what the warrenty was on the product used. The story gets even more horrifing down the road. However, I thing you get the message. Be ware of local contractors such as keating construction LLC. She is underhanded and not to be trusted in my opinion.
