Me and wife purchased new construction 6-30-15. Was told we didnt need home inspection because its a new construction. Got home inspected a week later. Inspector found extreme moisture and mold in crawl space! Laminate floor is two different colors and bulking. Carpet upstairs not installed properly. Drywall separating from crown molding. Driveway and garage concrete cracking. Air ventilation in attic not installed properly. Siding on house loose in areas. Grading of yard not done properly. Painting of interior/exterior not done properly. Leaks from plumbing pipes. Closet doors not opening and shutting properly. Our dream home is a nightmare!! Builder has not come to fix home and knew of issues a week after we closed. Very unprofessional builder! Do not make the same mistake we made......
