    Considered for Retail Renovation (Early Stages)

    At appointment had energy of no interest blew off giving a proposal instead of saying not interested.

    Hi Dawn, I apologize if you felt that way. I am actually very interested in bidding your project. It is just that there was nothing for me to bid, there were no blueprints and the space that you were in seemed way to big. With the architect being there I was under the understanding that you and him were going to do a space assessment to come up with what you are looking for (how many rooms, how much plumbing, finishes, etc..) It is impossible for me to bid something that I don't know what I am bidding. Like I had said there, I am more than happy to give you any input for your project. I would be more than happy to work with you on value engineering your project and giving you a bid when you have a space picked out and blueprints.

    Considered for Basement Remodeling

    Darren, from Keen, was my second appointment and as I mentioned, he was also well organized and professional. As with the others, I felt he was sensitive to my requests and seemed to want to do the job.
