Probably a reasonable choice if you need a toilet unclogged, but I'd advise you to look elsewhere if you need any major work that requires a licensed plumber to accomplish. I hired Keen Plumbing, LLC to remodel my laundry room and install a new tankless water heater; a job that initially was quoted as taking about 1-2 weeks to complete the whole project, and would be to code and inspected. However, over the course of three months, it became increasingly obvious that Keen Plumbing, LLC had no intention of finishing the job to meet code and getting the required city inspections. The extent of the work that was performed was shoddy, sloppy, had leaks, and violated city code requirements. Also, the company employees that were in my house were smoking marijuana and drinking beer on my property while they were working. One of them also deficated in my toilet with the water supply off in the house. You can imagine the fragrances wafting through the house after a stinky load sat in an unflushed toilet for three days. The tipping point came after Keen Plumbing, LLC cancelled the scheduled city inspection three times without explaining why, then stopped responding to texts and phone calls altogether. After almost three weeks without any response and the remaining work still incomplete, I was forced to file a formal complaint and a stop work request with the city, which also revealed that the work had not been permitted at the start of the project--which is required by law--but only applied for a couple of days before the first scheduled inspection that was mysteriously cancelled without any explanation. I had to hire a new plumber to make corrections to the work performed by Keen Plumbing, LLC to get it to code and pass inspection. Ultimately, it cost me over $6,000 to have the corrections made--which is nearly to same amount I had already paid Keen Plumbing, LLC for the entire project. I would recommend hiring #1 Plumbing, AC, Solar and Electric if you need quality, quick, and reliable service for any plumbing needs. They proved their worth assuming work and responsibility for the incorrect plumbing work left by Keen Plumbing, LLC. I am currently in the process of preparing legal action against Keen Plumbing, LLC to seek reimbursement for the cost of making the necessary plumbing corrections. The company has been unresponsive to requests to settle this matter outside of a court.
