Be very careful. Do not pay anything up front; your work will not get done! Pay after work is done, and site left clean. Get a receipt. They will not stick by their contract. Read the contract carefully and go thru the details with them. A 4 day job took 5 weeks, not completed to agreement, left garbage and materials from other jobs at my house. Won't answer phone calls.

Please help and get his license plate number of his truck(gray truck) or his fathers truck. (White pickup) and call the police dept and give info. Do not give any money to them but help us catch him. As u can see he travels to different areas. Changes phone numbers and addresses. Use fake business id#. We need to catch him so if you get a flyer or anything that represents keenan paving and masonry call rt away.
