I received a call from Joe and we agreed that I would contact him Thursday 7/24 to confirm him coming over at 430. I texted him on Thursday to let him know I would be home by 5 and if that was still ok. He said no, that he was in Delaware and asked if he could text me tomorrow. I said yes and then never heard from him again. Poor communication.
