When I moved into my home the driveway was cracked all the way across and down the sides. The crack was reported and photos were sent to Tom Dotson. That was August 2024. We have heard nothing but crickets.
I was advised the weeds in my backyard would be cut by the builder. They were four feet high. Nothing was done. I did it with a small riding mower. I got stuck in ruts and holes many times while doing it. It took me three days to do it.
Once the weeds were cut down I could see why the builder didn't want to do it. There are so many ruts, grooves, and holes. You would not believe it. It's not safe for children to play for fear of breaking a leg, arm, or worse.
The front door, back door, and door to the garage you can see daylight through the doors when closed. Even if you use the deadbolts, you can still see daylight. None of the doors are installed correctly.
The caulking that was used in the kitchen and bathrooms is already cracking. Some areas didn't even have caulk.
This house wasn't even clean when we moved in. In the window of one window were pieces of plaster, sanding dust, and dead bugs. In the same bathroom there was a gap in the trim on the floor. As I sat on the stool a large bug came out.
The trim and molding in the house looks like it was done by somebody who nothing about what they were doing.
I would not hire this builder to build a dog house.
