  Tim and his crew very professional kept us involved in all the decision making though whole project was very pleased with outcome

  What I thought was an answer to a prayer, quickly turned into a nightmare with Tim, the owner of Keep It Simple. Tim asked me, who has NO experience in home renovations, to measure our living room. I measured incorrectly. So, Tim sent one of his guys to double check the measurements, that same day. That gentleman gave ME the measurements for purchasing molding and subflooring materials. I communicated to Tim when everything was purchased. Being the experienced professional, he knew that the measurements I gave him were incorrect, especially after telling me I needed 14 4x8 pieces of subflooring. HOWEVER, HE WAITED UNTIL THE DAY OF THE PROJECT TO TELL ME, AND INCREASED THE PRICE BY 1/3 of the original estimate. The complete way it was handled was UNPROFESSIONAL. He claims martyrdom though, since he would not accept payment for the gas it took to pick up the supplies from the Hanover (where he is located), Lowe’s to our home and BLAMED ME for EVERYTHING!

  My wife and I are very pleased with all the work that Tim and his crew did. They where very professional, and they also kept us in the decision making before and after went doing trim and siding . Are house was big with lots of windows and trim being built in the late 1800. My wife and I give keep it simple two thumbs up!!
