Kegeris construction remodeled a full bath and basement. I regret having contacted them. The ineffective caulking in the bathroom caused a leak through the floor boards into the ceiling of the room below. The ceiling fell down because of the wet rot and mold. Kegeris refused to answer calls or email messages. We eventually called another contractor who repaired our house for an additional $8000. We then asked him to check out the basement because by then we knew Kegeris knew nothing about construction. There was faulty electrical wiring that was caught and repaired in time for another $1000. Luckily our house did not burn down. Avoid this person or you are taking a risk with your life.

They were supposed to start a project at the beginning of April. A week past the start date, I emailed them and they replied (3 days later) that they were behind and they would get to it the end of the next week. That was April 18th. I have emailed several times for updates and have received nothing back from them. I've called and no answer. It's now over a month later and still have not heard from them. Obviously I am not pleased with their lack of follow through, but moreso, their lack of communication. I would not recommend.

Built a basement for us including an office. They built several custom items such as a 2 workstation desk in the office, bookshelves and an entertainment center.
Very happy with work. Easy to work with.
