Very poor attention to detail and finish work. You have to inspect and reinspect work. Make sure that you are happy with the contract and scope of work before you begin. I had to quote the scope of work to Scott to get him to do the job correctly, which involver removing previously 'finished' parts. His crew broke a window and window sill and said nothing not even 'sorry' until I showed them the damage. When they finished they left wood and garbage for us to clean up after his crew.
