Ongoing issues with as Mr. Dowhs calls, driving rain. Its been driving into the master bed room ever since our house was built. I did not know that driving rain can make your ceiling wet or give you black MOLD all around your window, or use the walls as a gutter to let the water flow rite onto your hard wood floors. Thank you Mr Downs!!!!!!!
