  Never get Tennessee's Plumber Keith Hoffman for any plumbing jobs. He's known for ripping off customers and taking your money for doing a bad job. His ad says if we can't fix no charge that's all a big lie. He runs and will not respond to your phone calls or text. He has done that many people over the years as far as dating back to 2012. Also never get him for any installation work because he does a bad job at that. He probably has bad credit and can't get no regular job. Also his craigslist list ad says family business and generations of plumber probably all a lie as well because he caused one lady who also wrote a bad review on him to have mold inside her house because of a bad installation he did for bathroom. Also he should get his plumbing license revoke and never renewed. Also I hope more people find him and sue him because he deserves every bit of it. Never call him for any plumbing because he doesn't know what he is doing also he causes leak. He thinks an installation that not properly installed is a job and I'm pretty sure he causes leaks in many people homes. Also make sure he can't get a limited license plumbing license in any state. When you hire Keith Hoffman for a job you are guarantee to lose money and get a bad job and Pay somebody else over to do the job correctly. He's a crook and I definitely don't recommend him for anything. He deserves every bad review that he is getting and I hope doesn't find no more plumbing work. Please do not get this man and if you do get a copy of his license plate and run it and ask him to show his plumber license. If you want to get him served get a Process Serve because he moves around a lot. Based on my experience I'm trying to help the future person to don't go through what I went through because I got robbed.

  Keith Hoffman is no longer licensed as of 5/2018 as per Tiffany with Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs. He did plumbing work at our home in 2012 - installed new bathroom tub hardware and improperly installed the tub ring. We found out last week that water has been leaking in our crawl space for years, mold everywhere, water damage in our drywall, and hardwood floor has water damage. My husband spoke to him last week and said he would check with his insurance and have them call us. My husband has called him twice and he will not return the phone call.
