Keith Smith and his crew are the WORST. Estimated time to complete remodel was 60 days, it took 10 MONTHS!!! His crew would show up at 7am with no notice, or whenever they felt like it, or not show up at all for weeks. They were paid to demo the floor, but instead laid the new tile over top of old. They ordered thousands of dollars of extra tile over what was needed, returned it and never provided us a refund. Keith, the general contractor, lied and said the hall transition pieces and stairs were custom ordered, my family had to walk over nails poking up out of the stairs and unfinished wood for months. Finally when they didn’t show up for three months admitted he never ordered. One of his crew members showed up to my house on a holiday and proceeded to argue with me at the top of his voice about the tile color I chose in front of my children, yelling at me until I had to escort him out of my house or threaten to call the police. The list of poor quality and lack of ‘punch list items’ finished is so long no one would read them all. Keith Smith is the unresponsive, lies, has no craftsmanship, attention to detail, and will steal your money. I wouldnt recommend him or his crew to anyone.
