- Building permit records show that Keith Zars Pools has worked on 3724 permitted projects.
KZP claims a world class warranty, but in reality it is not. My concrete patio that they poured has already cracked along with the flagstone after 18 months. KZP pours thousands of yards of concrete a year and shocked that they don't stand behind their concrete work for more than 1 year. My property is built on the North side of San Antonio and there is no settling since it is built on top of solid rock. They sell the extended service plan, but this should be covered under their standard warranty. I have learned over the years, no matter how the warranty is written, it is only as good as the company itself. Paying such a high premium compared to their competitors, I now realize wasn't worth it.
