Keith put an inexperienced driver on a large piece of equipment to mow my lawn. That person lost control of the mower and ran it into one of my garage doors causing it to need replacement. I have 3 doors that are "coach" style. Finding a matching door was impossible so we had to replace all three. Keith's insurance company would only agree to replacing the one door. Our doors were in perfect condition prior to this incident. We were forced to replace the other two to the tune of $12,000. Now our own insurance has skyrocketed due to this claim which has been going on for a solid year. Keith refuses to make it right. We used Keith's Lawn's services for over 16 years however Keith's clear lack of character and integrity leads me to warn others to steer far clear of using this company.
