    My company, Lend Lease, recently hired Kel Mar Construction Corp. to build a ground-up 7-Eleven with gas and to develop the adjacent 12 acre parcel for future use. Not only did Kel Mar Construction deliver the store on time, they completed all the site work ahead of schedule saving Lend Lease over $200,000. We have since used Kel Mar Construction Corp 3 more times with the same results. My company deals with hundreds of contractors all over the USA and Kel Mar Construction Corp. is one of the best.
