Our HOA contracted KDC to some forklift work unloading and placement of extremely bulky, awkward and heavy concrete equipment for our community park. Emo & Brenton were dispatched to do the work. They arrived an hour earlier than the contracted time. This worked out great as the delivery driver also showed up an hour ahead of schedule. Unloading went flawlessly. Unfortunately the equipment manufacturer did not provide good instructions on moving the brittle equipment. Quickly realizing the problem and avoiding potentially thousands of dollars of damage, Emo went out and purchased the load correct straps and hardware in order to safely place the equipment in various locations throughout the park. Emo clearly demonstrated his expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to do the job the right way to safeguard our equipment his assistant Brenton. I highly recommend other HOAs consider KDC.
