Contractor was consistently dependable and punctual; very courteous. He encountered an unforeseen problem with the old drywall taping and was meticulous about resolving it. Because of the problem, he spent significant extra time on the job but didn't change his estimate or ask for extra payment. However, we paid him more than his estimate, as fair is fair and we are very satisfied with the work. We would certainly hire him again.
