Our new home building experience with Kelly Green Homes was great! This is remarkable considering we started in 2020 – a difficult year for builders with rapidly rising prices, material shortages, and over-committed subcontractors.
Mike Kelly listened to all our ideas and able to give us all the unique features we wanted and make some changes to the floor plan to suit our needs. The revised floor plan is perfect for us.
We love the home he built for us! You can tell when someone takes pride in their work. Even after nearly a year, we often remark to ourselves about some aspect of the house that we are especially happy with.
The construction process was smooth and communication with the builder was good. It was common to get an answer to a question within minutes.
Getting warranty work (there were only a few minor issues) done was not a problem.
We highly recommend Kelly Green Homes without reservation!
