Rich and Kathy promised to secure and protect my condo when doing a remodel. My wife came home yesterday to find my condo open and no workers. When checking the tile they installed in my bathroom many chips were noted. When I addressed my concerns the worker became aggressive and made my wife feel threaten. I would not recommend them for many reasons. Also, they went on vacation and had me meet inspectors and this was not disclosed in our agreement. They also hid electric work and cut corners to hide work from inspections. This raised huge concerns regarding their integrity.
