    Kitchen remodel, rebuild basement stairs
    $17,500

    I would not recommend hiring this company. I signed a contract on 10/30/2024. 8 months later, the project is unfinished. Many promises made regarding timeline and numerous no shows. The contractor currently appears to be missing in action as repeated attempts to contact by phone and email have been ignored. I can only assume the contractor has abandoned the project.

    Deck rebuild, bathroom remodel

    I would not recommend Kelly’s Carpentry
    1. Signed contract with Brandon Kelly on 7/28/2020 to:
    a. Rebuild deck
    b. Remodel guest bath (permit/s never pulled and am now having problems with plumbing and electrical)
    c.Wood floors in 3 upstairs bedrooms
    2. Permit was not pulled until after deck was built
    3. Problems with all 3 contracted jobs but major problems with deck.
    4. Permit for deck obtained in Dec. 2020.
    5. To bring deck to code the following must be completed:
    Footings
    Continuous handrail
    Lateral restraint at supports
    Must be inspected by township
    6. Breach of contract and warranty
    7. Numerous attempts to contact Brandon were made
