We are expert renovators of residential and commercial buildings as well. Locally owned, we have enjoyed working in our community since 1973. Our full-time staff of over 50 people provides the experience, the expertise and the creativity to work on homes, commercial & government buildings, religious structures, schools and libraries. I wish Kelmann was in charge of my healthcare, the political scene, and with "Best Practices" for all businesses! That's how strongly I feel about the team and their work. My husband and I were called home from Florida early this spring to address a broken water pipe in our wall and the mess that was created. From Todd, the Mitigation Project Manager and all his team to Tom, the Restitution Project manager, the job was managed flawlessly. They are experienced professionals who get the job done on time and with as little disruption as possible. They were polite, efficient and just all-around nice people. One of the most impressive things to me about Kelmann is the respect and admiration they have for the members of their team. When there was to be a followup person scheduled, invariably the message would be conveyed "you're going to love (insert name) ... he/she is excellent at what they do ... they are one of our best. (Hats off to whoever is in charge of team training!) All appointments were on time, preceded by a call that they were on the way. There were so many Kelmann staff that I met along the path of this project but I'm going to try to give a shout-out to all of them. From Renee K in the office to Todd S and Tom B. to Bryan B and Bill G, Jonathan Jasmine, Clydie, to Jay and Mike, Dave from flooring to Alex and Jeff the installers to Joe who helped Tom with the final clean up. There would not be a moment's hesitation on our part to recommend this group to anyone.
