Hired to replace a carpeted basement floor with tile after having a sewer issue. Workers were unreliable and did not show up on multiple occasions. Work quality was poor, and the job was not finished 5 months after starting what should have been no more than a 2 week job. Definitely do not make final payment until job iscompleted to YOUR satisfaction. Would give 0 stars, if I could.

I had a contract with this company to replace a corner basement shower and an outside basement door. Neither were done right. I had someone else fix the door but they wouldn’t touch the shower. Zach had his worker that installed the showers come out once then the same man and Zach came out another time. The first time the shower was used it basically flooded the bathroom. I don’t believe the shower was installed properly. They did add more caulking but it still leaked after the shower was used. He wound tell me he’d be here and never show.
Very unprofessional and evidently doesn’t know as much as he pretends to. I wound never recommend him to anyone.

I had a contract with Keltic Construction to replace a basement corner shower and to replace an outside basement door. Neither was done properly. The first time the shower was used it basically flooded the bathroom. He did send someone to fix it. Whatever they did didn’t work. Still leaked. Zach came back and added caulking. Didn’t work. And there was many days in between him coming back. Now he won’t come back.
The outside door bottom you could see light through yo the outside. I had someone else fix that.
I would not recommend him to anyone.

The owner of Keltic Contracting, Zackary, does not take responsibility for his actions. He doesn't show up for work for days on end or, even on days he says he'll be there. He does not know what he is doing and conducts his business in an unprofessional manner. He was to put up a metal shed for me. It was to take 2 people 1 day to complete, according to the instruction book enclosed with it. Completion was to be October 6th, 2021. As of December 17, 2021, the writing of this, it is still unfinished and damaged beyond use. Being incompetent, he never anchored it down, even though we spoke about it. The wind flipped it. The panels are bent, main center beam is twisted, door opening is slanted and the doors won't close properly and seal. There are numerous dents, crushed corners and folds in the metal that cannot be straightened out. He flipped it back into place and insisted I could still use it. Then he anchored it and disappeared. He damaged my property and then ran away from his responsibility and doesn't answer my phone calls. I paid a lot of money for that shed and his incompetence destroyed it. I mailed him a certified letter, which he signed for, yet he still hasn't contacted me. People like this should not be in business. I'll be seeing him in court.

Five Stars! Zachary from Keltic Contracting is a responsive & reliable contractor. He had my project done in short order, at a reasonable price. I will be contacting this company again for additional work around my home.
