Kemp construction built a retaining wall at my son's house in Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV. It needs to be backfilled to be finished and Geoff Kemp is unreachable. He was paid his final installment with his assurance the work would be finished when rain stopped in the spring. So far it isn't finished and he cannot be reached. The work up to this point is great but it needs to be finished. Wouldn't recommend him.
