    Ken Harper installed a unit in my new home. I've only lived here for 8 months & it has quit working! This week has been the coldest of the year & my heater has not been working for the past 6 days! He has not returned my calls as of yet. I will be reporting him to the better business buearu!
    & for the recorded, I wanted to leave zero stars, but it wouldn't let me.
