Ken did a wonderful job on our basement remodel, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The space looks beautiful and the craftsmanship is wonderful. Ken was on time, efficient and did high quality work. All of his trades were very polite and courteous. We definitely recommend Ken Kuiper Homes and will be using his services again.

Over the summer of 2021, I hired Ken Kuiper to replace some rotted cedar trim on the front of my home in Bailey’s Grove. This included wood replacement for some trim and the pillar structures. I also hired him to paint all the wood (old and new) on the front side of the house. Unfortunately, he also had to deal with a mess that I had created trying to repair some things myself.
When I first met Ken, I was instantly impressed with his kindness and transparency. He was very thorough in walking through the scope of the project with me and ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed. After we discussed everything, he was very prompt in sending over a detailed quote. I found the quote to be very fair and we proceeded with the project.
Ken and his team were extremely methodical and detail oriented as they worked through the scope of work. They were great about asking me questions if they ran into any issues. You could absolutely tell that they were treating my home as if it were their own. The woodwork was second to none and was completed perfectly. The painting was also great, and they truly transformed the front of my home.
So, the main takeaway is this… There is absolutely no reason to hire anyone else for your home renovation and construction needs. Ken and his team are phenomenal. He was spot on with his estimate and I could not be happier with the work. I am extremely excited to have him, and his team remodel my basement! Thanks again for everything, Ken!
