Mark and his company demolished our sunroom and built it back to something extremely special! He and his crew were very prompt, courteous, clean, and professional. They started when it was time to start and ended when it was time to end. Everything listed in the contract was completed to our expectation. I would absolutely contract Kennedy’s Home Improvements for my next project.

Mark and his crew were a pleasure to work with. My partner and I needed our 20 year old deck ( which we use a lot) to be replaced. They were open to use ideas and images we provided to work out materials, time, and how appropriate to our space our project was. With their suggestions, which were were based on knowledge of their craft, we made some adjustments to the design and got to work. They were honest and professional about the quotes considering material prices have sky rocketed during this pandemic. They suggested to not change the base of our deck since it was still in great condition and will also save us money. Now, that’s an honest contractor. He could have changed the base and charge more but didn’t.
We were away most of the time of the construction but they sent us pictures and communicated with our sons who were near by in order to keep the project going.
When we returned the deck was finished and it was such a pleasure to come back from our vacation to a deck we can continue enjoying for years.
I 100% recommend Mark Kennedy for any project, big or small. He is kind and professional and he and his team work hard to get the job done right. Open communication and mutual respect is key to any business interaction, and this team definitely showed it.

Working with Mark and his crew was a wonderful experience! My job was small, but ugly, but they went after it as if it was their problem! They went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING needed was actually done. They fixed things that I did not know were failing and causing problems. I would absolutely recommend for small ,and large jobs, without hesitation!
