He charged 500 dollars labor to replace a blower motor and circuit board. That does not seem fair. It took him five trips to our house to finally diagnose and fix our York furnace.

Ken Hartman does not disclose his high labor costs. He also has poor follow up skills. He diagnosed an AC problem and said it needed a new compressor and would let us know the following day the cost. He did not recontact us until a week later. We had managed to get a whole new heat pump and air handler installed bu someone else before he ever recontacted us. Poor business practices. He sent us a bill 6 weeks later for an unreasonable amount. We will report to the BBB and are perusing litigation.
