    They build a new house that I bought
    New Home Owner

    I just bought a house from Distinctive Homes Inc. Kenneth Bettencourt. I have a major water leak that has went into my bathroom and storage room also some of my roof is coming off and the builder has not fixed these problems I bought a brand new house and I am unhappy that my kids have to live in these conditions the plumber that are being used seem to not know anything at this point I am searching for an attorney. If anyone know of one in Greenville area please let me know. I have reached out to the builder to the agent for the builder the plumbers and everyone who can help me with this issue. My lights also go on an off and I have to go to the box and reset them. I think that my house was not build correctly and I am going to call in anyone that I can to make sure this is fixed asap. Also the HOA where never paid and I keep getting the run around saying the builder will pay it while I still receive delinquent notices. I am filing all the complaints I can and seeing what my rights are as a new home owner if you know it. Thanks.
