    Drinking on the job, shoddy work, damage to property, and promises I filled. Owner ignores complaints and demands everything is wonderful. Had to refinish interior work they did on my own. Workers are lazy, slow and don’t care and Kenneth does not care.

    Replace 7 feet structural sill plate and support column. Concrete foundation repair.

    I had work done on my house by this contractor, and I would not recommend them. The workmanship was poor.

    Run from this company. They promise the world and DO NOT DELIVER! They lie about what they are going to do. I had a total house remodel and spent $50,000. I had to go to the attorney general and complain about the poor quality work. THEY EVEN LIED TO THE ATTORNEY'S GENERAL COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT! Do not use them! Save yourself from having to hire another contractor to finish the work, they won't finish. Hiring Kenneth Pacheco and his crew was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life!
