Joe does great roof work. However, he also does fences work and had made a commitment to fix my fence that is in dier need of repair after doing roof work for me. Joe commited to a time frame in mid July to fixing my fence and gave a price. He never showed up to fix my fence as he stated he would in mid July. I recenly followed up with two phone calls that were not returned(these calls where made in early septmeber) on my 3rd attempt to contact Joe he finally anwsered his phone. He was very short and rude saying he just can't get to it and that he has issues at home and a big job he is working on and made no effort to make any other arrangments to fix my fence after asking what would be a good time frame. Joe made a obligation in person in my living room to fix my fence face to face and never followed up ignored my follow up calls and decided to act unprofessional on the phone with me. If he didn't want the job all he had to do is say so upfront and it wouldn't have been any issues. I can't say I would recomend him to do any work after this. I am a pretty decent person that said I feel I was treated wrong and in a very unprofessional mannor.
