I would highly recommend this company 7 days a week new owner great prices and available after hours and emergency situations i called on a holiday to fix my leak from a pipe that burst in wall they came out within an hour had pipe fixed and wall patched up ,accepted my credit card ,and even called the next day to thank me for choosing them , will do business again for sure

Very shocked almost in disbelief at what im reading , Reverend Kenn is by far a great person , He has terminal medical issues but tries anyway for anyone if someone needed help his number is dialed a few times a week in many homes i know of. On something--- hmm not the guy many of us know and see, how stereotypical, you must be in a place in life that people accept your opinions and judgements . I will pray for you

I would not recommend Kenns Customs to anyone. He took a deposit from me ($1,000) for half the job cost and once he showed up (late) to the the job site, it was clear he either didn't know what he was doing or may have been on something. He showed up with under-sized lumber that was needed for the project, he was ill-equipped with the tools that he brought and proceeded to pretty much ruin anything he tried to work on. I had to stop him and let him go. I told him that with the deposit I gave him, I would certainly allow for the cost of the lumber and supplies ($280 after totaling the receipts) and I would pay for the couple of hours that he actually put in there - basically asking to get back $500 of the deposit. He "didn't have it on him" at that moment but gave his word that he would refund it. Almost two weeks later and he does not answer phone calls or texts. So, if you are thinking about using this guy for your remodel or construction project, please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Ripped me off $150. Answered an ad for an odd job on Craigslist, HOUNDED me for payment via Zelle, then refused to send what I paid for, didn't answer calls. Clearly not a scrupulous person. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF.
