This guy was hired by our builder to install the concrete in our new home. Before we even moved in, the concrete had cracked completely across the side, the lower patio cracked, and the sidewalk popped. We contacted for a fix and were told many excuses. He actually blamed us at one point for fertilizing a new lawn. Well, that was impossible as our lawn wasn't even in at the time. The next set of excuses was that "concrete cracks". Of course, it does, but not before you have even lived in the house. Also, the side that cracked wasn't filled correctly, and sand was coming out. It had to be refilled immediately. The builder noted that it should be redone as he was concerned about the fact it wasn't prepped properly, to begin with, and most likely caused the crack issue. Finally had a meeting to determine a fix, and again, all Kenny could say was that concrete cracks. By the end of the meeting, we all determined a solution but would not be able to do it until the weather was better. Well, you guessed it....never could get Kenny to honor his word or even respond. I would NEVER recommend this person or company to do anything. Horrible experience.
