He is not a responsible contractor and not oversee the sub-contractors. The sub-contractor he hired to install our masterbath shower did not waterproof the shower prior to installing tile. He abandoned our contract after having 3/4 of the estimated amount of project and let us with not having enough money to finish the project. I felt like I was the contractor during the whole project since I was the one getting estimates and scheduling sub-contractors. He agreed to pay for the tile that we had to purchase twice and pay for install of new shower as well as sign an affidavit stating all his sub-contractors were paid but he failed to show up at the Attorney's office. Do yourself a favor and do not use him for ANYTHING!!!!!
