    At first Kenny seemed great, super friendly, ready to sell me a new AC unit. I am a single mom, waited years until I could afford to do so, so I was super excited. Fast forward to present day, if I could give 0 stars I would.
    At initial install he told me that once it was hot to have him come out and check the charge. So on June 18th, 2020 I contacted him to have come check the charge since it wasn't cooling well. I noticed that there was water all around the indoor unit which caused water damage to my drywall, pipes were frozen inside and outdoors. He basically blamed me because I was supposed to have him come check the charge. He came out and checked the charge and did an adjustment and left.I noticed after this that unit began making a weird rattling noise while it was running, not constant but off an on. Two weeks later on July 3rd my house wasn't cooling properly, would not get below 78. I texted and received a message that they were closed for the holiday weekend and would reach out Monday the 6th. He reached out Sunday evening and gave me on appt option for 1030am on the 6th. I said I couldn't do that because I had to be at work. I tried everyday for over a week to have him come and look at the unit and inspect the ductwork to see if there was a problem. The only response I got was that they gave me an option for an appt and I refused the ONE option and that when he checked the charge the unit was fine.
    I contacted another company to come and look at my duct work and see if they saw a problem. While they were there the technician heard the noise coming from the unit and checked the charge on the unit because the noise was not normal. HE DID NOT PERFORM ANY WORK TO THE UNIT, ONLY CHECKED THE CHARGE. He recommended in his notes that Kenny come and look at the unit and that no work had been done. He also noted that the piston placed was not code, and that the wiring used on the unit was the original and should have been replaced.
    I relayed this to Kenny and his response, the quickest one yet, was that him checking the charge voided my warranty with his company.
    I was NEVER given any paperwork, emails or anything stating what the warranty included or what could possibly void that warranty. Despite me asking at least 6 times for a receipt stating I had paid in full, for information about the warranties, and a booklet about the unit I never received any of it. The only thing I ever received was the original estimate with my down payment that stated a 10 year parts warranty and 2years labor. After him saying that he would try to work things out with me, he ignored me for five days. When I finally was able to speak with him on the phone he was loud, rude, and ended the conversation by hanging up the phone after saying that he was done with me
    I have contacted the BBB, I will not be bullied by this man. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Please reach back out to modren mechanical  the company you had out and who is fully involed with this unit and there install  Before you make such a claim, it's imperative that you state the facts. In regards to multiple visits to your home, it was because no was there as our schedule appointments and we made it a priority to get back to your home.  as the owner of kenny's home comfort have investigated your claim that you had only received 5 minutes notice. The timestamp on the text you received gave you 33 minutes notice and I'm referring to the 3rd and final visit to home. The technician attempted to call from your driveway, as did the office manager, with no answer. It was 13 minutes after that last attempt to contact you that you returned our calls. At this point, I was made aware of the situation and even after you missed your appointment, I took it upon myself to reroute the tech back to your house therefore delaying our other customers scheduled appointments just to please you (no mention of that in your review). On the previous 2 visits, we also had to wait for you kenny after giving him more that 30 minutes notice. I spoke to kenny and june personally and this is why I'm confused - she  praised my technicians and even the office staff that he had interactions with and then you write this review. After speaking with kenny he assured myself and our Technician that he and yourself would modify this review. We are still waiting. It would be nice if you would honor your word.

    2 new heatpump and a gas furnace

    Great communication from Co. after booking as well as before scheduled service with name and photo of Tech coming to the house. Direct communication from Tech on ETA which was nice. Kenny was very knowledgeable and communicated all necessary service/problems needed. Had access to answers to all my question immediately if he didn't have them himself and knowledge of the warranty of my units which was very helpful. Parts ordered and installed the next day!! Highly recommend this company!

    Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! First, I want to point out that I rarely write reviews. However, I truly believe these guys were amazing! Kenneth and Michael were very professional. It was really hot outside and inside my house when they came in to install a new unit. They just kept working making sure everything was good and looking neat. They cleaned up after themselves even though I told them I could do it later. After everything was done they took us outside and showed us what they had done step by step and explained everything in detail. We have not been more impressed by a company than we were with these guys!! Again they were truly amazing and I want to thank them for a PERFECT job done!!

    Hvac repair

    Woke up to no A/C Sunday 8/14/16 called kenny's home comfort and spoke to Kenny he said I can be there in 30 minutes and he was, extremely rare for any company to be on time in my experience he went right to work had A/C up and running in 45 minutes. Kenny even checked to see if my unit was under warranty before repairing the unit how grateful I am for him check that for me, because I didn't know if it was or not he was very professional and really friendly even though he had to work on a Sunday in 90 degree heat! I will gladly recommend this company and Kenny to anyone who needs heat or a/c work! THANK YOU SO MUCH KENNY YOU MADE ME A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!
