We purchased a new home from Kenric Fine Homes in July 2023. Throughout the process, communication with Ken was difficult; he often did not respond to emails, was at times verbally aggressive during phone calls and meetings, and missed several scheduled repair appointments. Addressing all of items on our punch list took over a year and a half, with some items ignored or not repaired correctly. The most significant issue involved the driveway, which was damaged during cleanup of building materials between the final walkthrough and closing, resulting in gashes, scratches, cracks, and missing concrete. We have documented evidence of this damage, and Ken acknowledged responsibility during multiple conversations. However, repairs for the driveway issues have not been completed.
Potential clients should consider reviewing complaints about Kenric Fine Homes with the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection site, as there are additional similar reports.
